· Cancelling an order is possible if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from your order date/time.
· Please note that order cancellation is not accepted for orders that have been shipped. Should the cancellation is compulsory, the request will be treated as Return.
A cancellation processing fee (15% of your purchase amount) will be levied and incurred shipping fee is non-refundable.
Return & Exchange
At DailyLab, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. All items will be closely inspected by our Quality Control Team before shipping.
We understand everyone's taste for fragrance differs. Please first try on the Fragrance Cards that come with your order before you unbox your product. In case you don't like the scents, it is possible to ask for a return/exchange.
If you're not satisfied with your order in any way, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com. We're glad to help with any issues.
· Any return or exchange of items can only be made within 30 days after the order is received.
· All returned items must be in unopened/original condition, with original packaging or else it will be rejected upon receiving.
· We do not accept return or exchange in the following cases:
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts.
- Items are not in original condition or have been opened for use.
· If you receive a defective/wrong item, please email us with a photo of the item as a proof and we offer free replacement or refund as compensation once the item is confirmed as defective/wrong.
* Goods are classified as defective if they are received in damaged condition, or a manufacturing defect is noticeable on the items. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage or mishandling by the customers are not considered to be defective.
· Any extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (eg. resending cost, duties and taxes) shall be borne by customer.
* Please take extra care to pack your return package properly to make sure they don't get damaged on the way. We're not liable for any returns that haven't arrived our return address. It is recommended to use delivery service with a tracking system to return the items.
We will take 3-5 business days to process the refund or exchange request once we receive the returns.
· Refund usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive your account due to varying processing time between payment providers.
· We will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of currency or exchange rates fluctuations.
· There will be a 15% cancellation charge and shipping cost is non-refundable for items returned in the following cases:
- Cancellation on orders that have been dispatched
- Shipment return as a result of items unclaimed by customer
- Shipment return as a result of wrong shipping information provided by customer
